Order Processing Administrator

We are currently seeking an Order Processing Administrator to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Stonehouse. Duties will include checking processed orders to ensure accuracy of data input, seeking specification sign off quickly and efficiently and liaising with the internal departments to verify confirmed dates are in line with Customers expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Check all orders received to ensure that they provide the information required to enable processing to take place.
• Contact customers, where necessary, with any queries relating to quotations.
• Prepare quotations and seek written confirmation from customers if there are any changes to the original order/quotation.
• Ensure all customer orders are dated in line with their requirements.
• Check that all the information required to facilitate planning & scheduling is to hand, e.g., quantities, the correct number of pages, production and due date required.
• Effectively schedule a controlled flow of orders through to Planning & Production.
• Ensure all orders irrelevant of due date are processed within 24 hrs.
• On completion of the job, file all paperwork.
• Answer general enquiries into the Sales Order Processing team shared e‑mail inboxes within 24 hours.
• General administrative duties.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm

Salary: Starting £26,748 (there are 3 tiers off pay you can progress through with training)
