Pay Rate: £13.00 p/h

Working Hours: Monday toFriday

Experience: A minimum 12 months experienced in a similar role is essential

Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for a 360° Administrator, to be based at our office in Doncaster. The Doncaster office services a number of high-profile clientsand we are looking for someone toassist with our Administration, Compliance and Payroll.

Administrator - Role & Responsibilities

• Collecting information on working hours from HGV Drivers
• Confirming start times for Drivers via internal systems and SMS
• Collecting compliance documentation from HGV Drivers
• Maintaining compliance records on our internal systems
• Support with processing payroll on a weekly basis
• Other administration duties

Administrator - Candidate Requirements

• You must be able to work under your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team
• You should be confident with your own time management
• You must be organised
• You should have a keen eye for details
• You will have good excel skills
• You will be able to demonstrate that you have achieved your Maths & English (Lang) GCSE's
