FLT Reach Driver

Gap Personnel , operating as an employment business, is recruiting an experienced FLT Reach (D1/D2) Driver to join one of the UK’s leading distribution centres.

The Role

As an FLT Driver you’ll work in a fast‑paced, organised warehouse environment where your accuracy and teamwork make a real impact. This is not a static forklift role — you’ll be checking stock, goods and location controlling and handballing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock movement using Reach Truck
• Picking Orders from pick lists and locate stock
• Packing Orders ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a safe, tidy workspace
• Completing daily equipment safety checks
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Supporting wider production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Reach (D1/D2)
• Minimum 2 years’ proven FLT experience
• Experience in a warehouse or fast‑moving environment
• Self‑motivated , organised, and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• A methodical, safety‑focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering consistent results
