Liaise with operational teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.
Manage resource and material requirements to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Promote high standards of health and safety.
Be available outside normal working hours to support urgent operational issues when required.

About You:

Experience as a Multi-Drop Transport Planner, Transport Scheduler or Logistics Planner.
Experience working within transport, logistics, distribution, construction, waste, aggregates, builders' merchants, plant hire or another fast-paced operational environment.
Knowledge of the construction materials or concrete sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and transport planning or scheduling systems.

A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership and working as part of a team.

What's on Offer?:

25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional leave.
Enhanced private healthcare, including dental and optical cover.
Annual loyalty bonus.
Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 confidential support.
