General Operator

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business in many areas in operational activity. Role will include and not limited to. Responsibilities: Degreasing Components, Chemical Cleaning and Processing, Operating Heat Treatment Ovens, Operating hardness tester, Operating Drop Quench Ovens, Prepping units for inspection., Operating Vac dry oven., TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance), EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance). • Good level of numeracy and literacy.
• Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous
• Working to high level of accuracy
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to work shifts when required.

• Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation.
• To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
• Must be an excellent team player and confident communicator at all levels.
