Fully remote home-based role

Must be available to start immediately

Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week

Pay rate: Up to £21ph

Duration: ASAP until 30th November, with a chance of extension

The role

We're looking for a strong PA to provide administrative support on a temporary basis, covering a period of sick leave. You'll report to the Executive Assistant, with your day-to-day work supporting our Director of Operations.

Key duties

• Diary management
• Travel and accommodation booking
• Creating agendas for team meetings
• Venue searching for in-person meetings in December

About you

• Previous PA/ senior administration experience
• Confident juggling different tasks at any one time
• Comfortable working with minimal direction
• Personable character, a strong communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work with complete confidentiality
