Legal Secretary - Commercial Property

My client is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Secretary to join their busy Commercial Property team in Swansea, West Glamorgan.

This is an opportunity to join an established team and provide administrative and secretarial support within a busy commercial property department. The role would suit an organised and committed team player with previous experience in a commercial property environment.

The Role

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property team.
• Assisting with the day to day management of commercial property matters.
• Preparing and formatting correspondence and legal documentation.
• Maintaining accurate files and records.
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and external parties as required.
• Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Contributing to the smooth running of the Commercial Property department.

The Candidate

• Have previous experience working within a law firm.
• Have strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Be confident providing support within a busy legal environment.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
