People Operations Advisor

The firm

A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.

The role

You will join an HR shared service team supporting staff across the UK and overseas.

• Be the first point of contact for people queries and policy advice
• Coach managers on performance, absence and other employee relations issues
• Support disciplinary and grievance cases
• Manage leavers and right to work checks
• Handle data subject access requests and quality check HR letters

What you will need

• HR advisor, generalist or people operations experience
• Good stakeholder skills
• Close attention to detail
• Confident with HR systems, Word and Excel
