Primary Teacher - Year 3 Maternity Cover

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Northampton on a maternity cover basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced primary teacher looking for a new challenge and the chance to become part of a supportive school community.

The Role

• Position: Year 3 Teacher
• Location: Northampton
• Contract: Maternity Cover
• Start Date: 4th November
• Hours: 4 days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Planning: Planning and preparation will be an integral part of the role

You will take responsibility for your own Year 3 class, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons while supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
• Is confident with planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Can create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Is passionate about supporting children's progress and development
• Works well as part of a wider school team
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed
• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one
