This role is essential in delivering high-quality support to our esteemed Polish-speaking clients. As a part of our dedicated team, you will ensure the efficient handling of customer inquiries and foster positive relationships that enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various channels including telephone, email, and chat.
• Respond accurately to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a timely manner.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective solutions to client needs.
• Keep abreast of the latest product knowledge, services, and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• A willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural landscape.
