We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR Recruitment and Transactional Team.

30 Hours Per Week

2 Years Fixed Term Contract

This is an exciting time to join us as we begin the implementation of a new integrated recruitment and payroll system. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will be expected to:

Undertake day-to-day support and administration duties across the HR Transactional team
Maintaining records and filing systems
Assist HR Transactional team with month end procedure
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Maintaining shared email inboxes, The chance to work within a friendly, knowledgeable HR team that supports each other.

Experience in a Business administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
