HR Ops Support Administrator

Adecco are pleased to be recruiting for a HR Ops Support Administrator to work within Dorset Police Force

Location: Exeter

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £13.08 per hour

End Date: August 2027

Working Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**Please note this role will be subject to POLICE VETTING, you must have been residing within the UK for a minimum of 3 years continually**

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support and guidance to the Officers, staff, and volunteers of Devon & Cornwall Police throughout the employment lifecycle. If you have strong administrative skills, sound IT capabilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist internal customers through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, and emails.
• Manage various lifecycle processes including attendance, probation, maternity leave, and leaver processes.
• Follow established instructions and practises to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Take ownership of a specific portfolio, allowing you to focus on your area of expertise.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of HR processes.
