Join our People and Culture team and play a key role in attracting and appointing talented people to our organisation. From vacancy to appointment, you\'ll partner with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment journey, delivering a professional, high quality and customer focused service, creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring timely, effective and compliant recruitment outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and attract the right talent
• Write and publish engaging job adverts
• Coordinate shortlisting and interviews in line with safer recruitment standards
• Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience
• Process pre-employment checks, offers and contracts accurately
• Liaise with agencies and support temporary staffing where required
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment events

Skills/Experience:

• Experience supporting or delivering end-to-end recruitment
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working with HR systems and managing data
• Knowledge of safer recruitment and employment legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies at any one time

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
• CIPD level 3 qualification (desirable) - attained, working towards or aspiration to gain.

• Good written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the business and key stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to respond appropriately to difficult situations.
• Excellent attention to detail, when working with confidential documents, reports and data.
• Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Strong collaborative skills to work as part of an immediate team and wider department.
