Cornwall Council is seeking an Employee Relations Adviser to join the Employee Relations Team. You will advise managers on employment matters, support complex casework and contribute to policy development in a busy HR service.
This hybrid role requires CIPD or equivalent, solid knowledge of employment legislation, and strong analytical and collaborative skills. You will train managers, manage a varied caseload, and help shape people management practices across the council.
