What do you need?

We're looking for people with curiosity and drive to succeed who seek out opportunities to learn, develop, and stretch themselves. If you share that desire and want to be part of our success, you're a good match. You need to hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline. We are especially interested in applicants with a creative eye, great communication skills, and a passion for customers. We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and require our graduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office. You also need to have the right to work in the UK.

What's in it for you?

As a Graduate, you'll start on a £31,800 salary. You'll also receive 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays, access to our car schemes, pension scheme, a range of flexible benefits, employee well-being support, an on-site restaurant, cycle-to-work scheme, and shopping/entertainment discounts.

Assessment Process

Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to demonstrate your true abilities. After applying, you'll complete numerical and situational judgement tests. Successful completion invites you to an online video interview, giving us a chance to get to know you. The final step is a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2027, involving activities based on real-life tasks and meetings with managers and current graduates. Successful candidates will be offered a place shortly after and will join us in September 2027.

To avoid disappointment, we advise submitting your application promptly as we reserve the right to close the vacancy early if a high volume of applications is received. Once closed, further applications cannot be considered.
