Slinger

We are looking to recruit experienced Slingers to join a busy project for an approximately 4 month contract based in Portsmouth.

Requirements

• Valid Blue CPCS Card, Level 3 Qualification, or NPORS equivalent
• Proven experience working as a Slinger
• Previous experience within a shipyard or marine environment preferred
• Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety procedures
• Ability to work safely and effectively within a busy operational environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with crane operators and site teams

Due to the nature of the project, successful candidates will be required to obtain BPSS clearance, which will be arranged by the client following an offer to join the contract.

Package

• £25/h
• Up to 60 hours per week
• One rate paid for all hours worked
• Approx. 4-month contract
• Start date: First week of November
