Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, family‑run German car and JLR specialist in Finedon. The business is growing and is now looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their friendly, hands‑on team.

My client works across a broad range of makes and models, but they are particularly keen to meet candidates with JLR experience or a strong background with German brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW). Strong diagnostic capability or brand‑specific experience will be a big advantage.

• A motivated technician who isn’t afraid to get stuck in
• Great diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Experience with JLR or German brands (highly desirable)
