Residential Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Path to Senior QS

Ignite Talent Group is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Leeds-based housebuilder delivering residential developments across West Yorkshire. The role is office-based from the Leeds office with regular site visits across the region.

You will support the commercial team with day-to-day management, assist with procurement, budgets, cost reports and valuations, and help ensure projects remain on time and within cost.
