JOINER REQUIRED – NIGHT SHIFT – ASHTON-UNDER-LYNE, OL6

We are currently looking for an experienced Joiner to join a construction project in Ashton-under-Lyne .

JOB DETAILS

Location: Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6
Position: Joiner
Start: ASAP
Shift: Nights
Duration: Until Thursday 15th October
Hours: Night shift – exact hours TBC

THE ROLE

The successful Joiner will be required to carry out general joinery works on site during the night shift. You will be expected to work independently, maintain a high standard of workmanship and complete tasks safely and efficiently.

DUTIES

• Carrying out general joinery works
• 1st and/or 2nd fix joinery as required
• Fitting doors, frames, skirting, architraves and other timber components
• Measuring, cutting and fitting materials accurately
• Working from drawings and site instructions where required
• Using your own hand and power tools
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Working alongside other trades on site
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Completing works to a good standard and within required timescales

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Joiner
• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools suitable for the work
• Full PPE
• Previous construction/site experience
• Able to work night shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Available to start ASAPAble to commit through to Thursday 15th October
