Orchid Healthcare Ltd is recruiting a Head Chef for a luxury nursing home in Whitchurch to provide nutritious and diet-sensitive meals for elderly residents. You will lead the kitchen team, design menus, manage stock, and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
You will train and develop staff, maintain records of food supplies and temperatures, and cater for dietary preferences and cultural needs, while keeping to food cost guidelines and high service standards.
