Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in Leicester is recruiting a Band 5 nurse to join the CAMHS Eating Disorder Home Treatment Team, linked to the Day Patient provision at Beacon CAMHS inpatient unit. You will provide intensive, compassionate care and meal support in homes and services.
The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans, assess risk and support young people and families.
