Community-Based Independent Living Coach

BFAIR (Berkshire Family & Individual Resources) seeks compassionate staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community and to their families. You will provide guidance and training to develop skills for independent living and help ensure a safe, healthy environment with access to medical and social support.

Qualifications include a minimum of 18 years old, a High School Diploma/GED or related experience, basic math, reading & writing, and strong communication.
