With our friendly team and small room sizes we can offer exciting experiences every day. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, we provide experiences that will help them be confident and reach their full potential.

About you

You can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. Ideally you will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. As well as the usual responsibilities that you would expect of this role, our Room Leaders are part of our management team and role models to other members of staff. You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to continually demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey towards their qualifications. You will have a minimum of one year’s experience working at a level 3 position in an early year’s environment and have a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.

We pride ourselves on being an organisation that nurtures our nurseries and teams. With a brilliant range of nursery resources, you can be assured we will always provide you with the tools that you need to provide exceptional childcare for the local community.
