SEN Teacher - Independent Therapeutic School - Berkshire

EmpowerED is recruiting Teaching Assistants for a highly regarded specialist SEND school in High Wycombe.

You’ll be supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning needs, including pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties, communication needs and physical or medical needs.

• Patient, caring and genuinely passionate about SEND
• Comfortable providing hands‑on, individualised support
• Confident supporting pupils with complex needs
• Reliable, resilient and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experienced within SEND, care, health or education — although the right attitude is just as important
