Medical Records Clerk — Patient Admin & Case Notes

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Main Admin role in Patient Administration within Kings Mill Hospital, Sutton-in-Ashfield. The post is Band 2 within NHS AfC, permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday 08:45-17:00.
