Daisy Haye extra care scheme are seeking a care team leaderto join the team in Leek, Staffordshire.
This will be 22.5 hours per week, 3 days over 7 including alternate weekends.
Our extra care village supports long term packages of care to residents in one building. Each service user lives within their own self-contained apartment, with their own front door. Our support workers are on site to provide personal care and support services.

What you'll do
Completing and updating care plans and risk assessments
Support with on call duties - out of hours emergencies
Liaising with healthcare professionals
Supporting and guiding the wider care team - including training support, supervisions and rostering
Working alongside the management team to ensure CQC standards are met
Personal care - washing, showering and toileting
Medication administration
Answering emergency call bells
Greeting visitors to the scheme and answering telephone calls as required
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED AT OUR DEDICATED TRAINING HUB IN CANNOCK
Must be available to commute to Leek for the shift patterns 7am - 10pm
