Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join the District Nursing Service in Rural Rothbury, working with GPs and Rothbury Cottage Care to provide patient-centred care in patients' homes, residential settings and in clinics.
The role supports development opportunities within the District Nursing Service, aiming to deliver high quality and safe service in line with the Trust Values.
