Junior NPD Technologist – Lab, Scale-Up & Client

THG is seeking a hands-on Junior NPD Technician to join the fast-growing New Product Development team. You will work at the intersection of formulation, lab bench work, and customer interaction, supporting multiple formats from powder to bar to tablet.

You will liaise with flavour houses, manage costings, and help scale recipes from concept to production. The role follows an on-site model at THG Omega and Icon facilities in the UK.
