Staff Nurse - Fletcher Inpatients

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at the Fletcher Inpatient Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users by delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment of care needs, and for developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised programmes of care. You will also act as a designated named nurse for a number of patients, ensuring continuity and excellence in care delivery.,

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in line with clinical standards.
• Provide named nurse responsibility for allocated patients.
• Offer leadership, supervision, and support to junior staff--both qualified and unqualified--during shifts.
• Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to maintain high standards of care.
• Contribute to teaching and supporting nursing and non-nursing staff.
• Deputise for the Clinical Team Leader and Unit Manager when required.
  We're an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people's physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.
