Senior Care Team Lead – Residential Home

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff and deliver person-centred care in our care home. You’ll train, supervise and delegate on shift, while supporting medication administration, updating care plans and risk assessments, and communicating with GPs, district nurses and residents’ families.

You’ll bring NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus prior experience in residential care.
