Clanmil Housing Association is seeking a Scheme Co-ordinator for Somme Park. You will support residents to live independently by building trusted relationships, providing practical help and connecting them with the services they need.
This is a part-time, 30-hour-per-week role within a caring, supportive team. The successful candidate will have strong admin and digital skills, experience in housing-related support is beneficial, and training will be provided where needed.
