Contract: Annualised - 14 hours per week. Working 7 nights, 1:6 weeks - 7pm-8am Monday-Sunday

Life at Solihull Veterinary Hospital

Established in 2007, Solihull Veterinary Hospital (previously YourVets Solihull) is a well-regarded proud member of the YourVets group. Located in Olton, Solihull, our practice offers excellent accessibility, including disabled access and convenient on-site parking.

Working within a supportive and experienced team, including vets, RVNs, PCAs, receptionists and a dedicated out-of-hours team. With access to a CT scanner and hospital facilities, you'll be involved in inpatient care from admission through to treatment and discharge.

We're proud of our modern facilities, specialist equipment and, most importantly, our friendly, experienced team who work together to provide outstanding veterinary care. From routine health checks to advanced surgeries, our focus is always on delivering the very best outcomes for our patients and clients.

Solihull offers the perfect balance of town and countryside living, with a vibrant town centre, excellent schools, and plenty of green spaces nearby. It boasts superb transport links, with easy access to the M42, M40 and M6 motorways, as well as direct rail connections to Birmingham, London and Birmingham Airport.

• Driven by shared passion to provide the best possible care to animals , you're committed to delivering outstanding care to support our patients and their owners.
• Confident in your clinical skills , you'll be able to take the lead on surgical and medical cases and carry out diagnostic investigations with precision.
• Keen to develop , you're committed to gaining further confidence in clinical skills so that you can manage or lead on different case types
• A natural mentor and team player , you'll enjoy supporting and inspiring all colleagues to help them thrive.
• Client care comes naturally to you, you know how to create a positive, reassuring experience that builds trust and long-lasting relationships.
• As an experienced OOH vet, you will bring a strong level of clinical autonomy and be comfortable handling a varied caseload, offering guidance to the wider team and contributing to shaping clinical standards
