Care Coordinator - Lead Person-Centred Care & Team

Kingsley Healthcare in the UK is seeking a Care Coordinator to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will work closely with the care team to coordinate and manage care, considering individual needs, preferences and goals.

You will organise shifts, administer and record medication, liaise with health professionals and update residents’ computerised care plans. You will support induction, training and supervision of support staff.
