The role focuses on delivering the Parenting Our Children, Accessing Recovery (POCAR) programme, managing a caseload and delivering group and individual support.
You will work in the community, often independently, and collaborate with Children's Social Care and partner agencies to safeguard and enable positive outcomes for families.
