Lead Care Supervisor - Person-Centred Care

The Old Vicarage Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding, person-centred care while protecting residents' dignity and wellbeing.

You will lead the care team, oversee care planning, medication management, records and quality monitoring, and contribute to continuous improvement across the home. On-call duties and alternate weekends apply.
