Recovery Coordinator - Holistic Non-Opiate Care Lead

Change Grow Live is seeking a motivated professional to work in the Wirral Non-Opiate Team, delivering tailored psychosocial interventions and trauma-informed care. You will engage service users, co-facilitate groups, and liaise with social services, mental health, probation and housing partners to reduce harm and support recovery.

You will contribute to risk management planning, document outcomes, and help tailor a bespoke care plan focused on sustained recovery with a person-centred approach.
