ATR Tracker: Pathway Data & Care Liaison

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for an ATR Tracker (Awaiting Test Results) on a permanent basis at 37.5 hours per week in Ashton-under-Lyne. You will monitor and update the ATR PTL, track patient diagnostic tests, and liaise with clinicians to support timely patient care.
