Frailty Support Worker (Band 3) – 12-Month Fixed Term

Hywel Dda University Health Board in South Ceredigion is seeking a Band 3 Frailty Support Worker on a fixed-term/secondment for 12 months. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and includes Welsh language considerations within a bilingual NHS environment.
