Alfriston School is seeking a Residential Childcare Officer to provide high-quality care and support for children with additional needs in a residential setting. This permanent, term-time role involves evenings and a night sleeping in, totaling 21 hours per week, with start date as soon as available.
You will work closely with students, staff and families to promote safety, wellbeing and development, building trusting relationships and supporting independence in a structured environment.
