We strive to create a warm, safe, and nurturing home-like environment where meaningful relationships flourish and every child can thrive across all aspects of their development.### Requirements:* Recent experience working either as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader in Children’s Residential* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification* Understanding of issues relating to EBD and knowledge of relevant legislation* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills* Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions* A genuine passion for supporting and guiding children* Full UK Driving Licence.### Responsibilities:* Maintain and promote high standards of care and support for children with EBD* Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation* Collaborate with external agencies to provide the best possible care for children### Perks:* Up to £ 33,280 per annum. additional sleeps paid separately at £55 per sleep, up to 8 sleeps per month.
