The Endeavour Foyer is seeking committed and reliable Bank Concierges to cover lone-working night and weekend shifts. We are looking for individuals who can provide flexible, as-and-when cover for waking night shifts.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering an excellent service to young people aged 16-25. Previous experience working with vulnerable young people would be beneficial.

As this is a lone-working position, safeguarding is paramount. Safeguarding training is mandatory and will be provided as part of our essential induction programme.

Commitment to delivering high-quality support and customer service
Flexibility to cover waking night shifts as required
Safeguarding training (provided at induction)
Enhanced DBS check, references, and LADO approval are essential

Shifts Available:

Waking nights: 6:30pm-8am or 10pm-8am

Your Responsibilities:

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends.
To be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers aren't on site.
Manage the building overnight and at weekends, ensuring customers are signed in/out, and enquires are handled professionally.
Monitor CCTV and complete building checks to include hourly patrols of the building and grounds. To report any issues to the Health and Safety manager and Scheme manager.
