Venue Sales Manager

As Silchester Farm continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Venue Sales Manager to join our team and lead the next stage of our commercial growth.

This is a key role within the business, with wedding sales at its heart . We’re looking for someone who loves the buzz of sales, understands what makes an exceptional client journey, and knows how to turn an enquiry into a confident “YES”.

You’ll take ownership of our wedding sales pipeline, lead and develop our sales team, work alongside our Corporate Sales Manager, and help us drive revenue across weddings, corporate events, accommodation, food & drink and the wider experiences we offer here at the farm.

It’s a hands-on role. You’ll be hosting showrounds, developing packages and offers, leading open days and showcases, monitoring conversion and making sure we’re getting the very best from every opportunity that comes through the door.

We’re looking for someone commercial, ambitious and full of energy — someone who can lead a team, build relationships, understand the numbers and still get genuinely excited about helping a couple find the perfect place for their wedding.

Hospitality/venue - event sales experience required

Must be located in the UK - International applications will not be considered

The role also includes gratuities, on-site parking, our staff wellbeing scheme, friends & family event benefits and additional birthday/community leave.
