Sales Account Executive, International Relocation

Our client a leading relocation services provider is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their private/consumer moving team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Prospecting for new business opportunities.

Handling sales enquiries include web leads, email leads, lead generators, phone enquiries, employee recommendations as well as self-generated leads from exhibitions and other trade events.

Converting leads into tangible business. Limited to UK USA and Nordic markets.

Building and developing strong client relationships.

Liaising with customers to collect information regarding moves.

Conducting virtual surveys or booking in a surveyor to visit the customer.

Synthesising information from customer and producing detailed and accurate quotations.

Following up on quotations and booking follow up appointments.

Negotiating with the customer, closing quotations and booking the move.

Updating internal CRM system and progressing the sales leads on the system.

Conduct follow up calls to customers following moves

Ensure high level customer service is provided, and the customer understands the move process and custom formalities.

Achieve a personal annual sales target

Attend resident quality checks when required.

Work closely with all company departments including sales & marketing & operations teams.

Experience and skills required:

A background within International moving or relocation services is desirable.

Confident with excellent communication skills

Client services, account management and business development experience is essential for this role.

Experience with virtual surveys is highly desirable.
