National Account Manager

New Exclusive Role: National Account Manager | London | Hybrid

I’m working with a brand new client for Decruz Search but a well known existing business in beauty and personal care, looking for someone with experience managing major grocery retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Waitrose.

This could be a great next step for a National Account Executive or Junior National Account Manager looking for their next move, or an existing NAM looking for a sideways move.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Sales and Marketing Team with hybrid working. Ideally from Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Health, Wellness or FMCG back ground.

Job Duties:

• Experience supporting grocery accounts such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons or Waitrose. Also retailers such as Boots or Superdrug.
• Building relationships with retail buyers and supporting account growth
• Supporting joint business plans and retailer negotiations
• Sales forecasting, promotional planning and tracking account performance
• Analysing sales, margins and retailer data to identify opportunities
• Coordinating new product launches, listings and range reviews
• Working with supply chain teams to maintain stock availability
• Monitoring competitor activity and beauty and personal care trends
• Strong Excel, presentation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness, organisation and confidence managing multiple priorities
