Pizza Second Chef: Lead the Kitchen & Master the Dough

Franco Manca in Edinburgh is hiring a Pizza Second Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will support the Head Chef and help ensure every pizza is prepared to our standards while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

We are looking for kitchen experience, a passion for great food, and a team-first attitude. You’ll earn £13.76–£17.76 per hour with OT, plus free pizzas on shift, 28 days holiday pro rata, a pension, and wellbeing and discounts across the Franco Manca network.
