What You'll Do
Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and logical soundness
Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed logic, or weak decision-making frameworks
Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI managerial reasoning
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles
Skilled at critically evaluating decision-making processes and strategic tradeoffs
Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
Hands-on leadership, operations, or executive experience in industry
Prior exposure to AI content evaluation or annotation workflows
