Part-Time Damp & Mould Surveyor

Part-Time Damp and Mould Surveyor – Sleaford – 2 - 3 months – £35 Umbrella – 22.5 hours per week

We are currently working on behalf of a local authority in North Kesteven, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis.

Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

• Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date
• Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity
• Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams
• Manage day to day workload
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

• Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould and HHSRS
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
