ASSISTANT MANAGER – NEW RESTAURANT OPENING | CENTRAL LONDON

Salary: OTE £45,000, potential to earn more during busier months
Days off: Monday & Tuesday, must be available to work every weekend

We’re recruiting for an exciting new restaurant opening in Central London, featuring a fantastic cocktail bar and a dedicated dessert area.We’re looking for an Assistant Manager with a big personality, someone who loves the buzz of Central London, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely lives and breathes guest experience.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with big plans.They are looking to open more venues, so there is real progression and career development for the right person.

• A confident, energetic Assistant Manager with a BIG personality
• Background in restaurants is essential!
• Someone who genuinely loves hospitality and the buzz of Central London
• A strong focus on guest experience and service
• Someone who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the front
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and the ambition to progress
• Previous experience in a quality restaurant, bar or high-volume hospitality environment
