We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operativ eto join ourVoids team based in the Southampton area.We want to hear from people who are truly passionate about making a difference to peoples lives and the properties in which they live.

Competitive basic salary of £37,700with the potential to earn up to £41,752

The Multi Trade Operative role:

• Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilisingproblem-solving capabilities.
• Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
• You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

• You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
• Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working void properties
• A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role
