We're working with a leading global entertainment business looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three senior Marketing Directors across UK and EMEA. This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing complex diaries, international travel, and senior stakeholders across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex calendars for three senior marketing leaders
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones
• Arrange international travel and detailed itineraries
• Process expenses, purchase orders, and day-to-day administration
• Support team events, offsites, and key projects
• Build strong relationships across global teams and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience supporting Directors or senior leaders
• Ideally will have supported Marketing
• Experience working with international teams and multiple time zones
• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within marketing, media, entertainment, tech, or a creative environment
• Confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
